Your phone rings first
You and your team answer normally. Nanobots only receives the call after your normal rings go unanswered, the line is busy, or the office is closed.
AI receptionist for local service businesses
Nanobots answers when you can’t, speaks English and Spanish, captures every useful detail, and sends the lead straight to your phone.
“I have your number ending in 0184. Is that the best number for the team to call you back?”

answers after your normal rings
lead delivered in under a minute
The expensive sound of silence
You’re under a sink, on a roof, or standing with a customer. The phone rings. By the time you call back, they have already called the next business on Google.
~27%of inbound home-services calls are missed, according to industry data.
How it works
No porting, new hardware, or phone-tree maze. Conditional forwarding quietly puts Nanobots behind the number your customers already know.
You and your team answer normally. Nanobots only receives the call after your normal rings go unanswered, the line is busy, or the office is closed.
It greets the caller in your business’s name, understands what they need, captures the details, and handles urgent calls according to your rules.
Within a minute of hang-up, you receive a concise summary with the caller’s confirmed number, need, location, and urgency.
Built for the call you couldn’t take
The first version does one important job properly: it protects the lead without making risky promises on your behalf.
Nanobots confirms the caller's number first, then captures their name, need, address, and urgency—saving details as the conversation happens.
Callers speak naturally. Nanobots detects Spanish and switches the whole conversation automatically, with an English summary for your team.
You decide what urgent means for your trade. Nanobots can attempt a warm transfer or send a high-priority alert to your on-call phone.
Hours, services, service area, FAQs, and callback promises come from facts you control. If Nanobots doesn't know, it says so.
Telemarketers and robocalls are disengaged quickly and logged separately, keeping your real-lead notifications useful.
If the AI service is unavailable, the call falls back to voicemail on separate infrastructure and enters the same delivery flow.
Simple return on investment
Use your own missed-call count and average ticket. The subscription should make sense without inflated industry folklore.
One plan. No games.
Everything needed to catch missed leads, with no setup fee and no annual contract.

Nanobots is intentionally focused. Here’s where the edges are.
No. You keep your existing number. Conditional call forwarding sends only unanswered or busy calls to Nanobots, and you can switch it off yourself.
No. The greeting clearly says it is an AI assistant and announces recording when recording is enabled. Trust is part of the product.
The first version captures a preferred appointment window and tells the caller your team will confirm it. Direct calendar booking is on the roadmap, not something we promise today.
No. Nanobots never invents or quotes a price unless a precise approved phrase—such as “free estimate”—has been enabled by the business.
Nanobots does not argue. During business hours it can attempt a warm transfer; if nobody answers, it returns to capture the message and sends a priority alert.
No long-term contract. Nanobots is month-to-month, and because your number stays yours, leaving does not require a number port.
