Website Terms and Conditions
Effective August 18, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of nanobots.dev (the “Website”), operated under the Nanobots name (“Nanobots,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Website purpose
The Website provides general information about a planned AI receptionist service and allows interested businesses to contact us. Website content is informational and does not create a service agreement, guarantee availability, reserve capacity, or establish a binding launch date.
2. Early-access requests
Submitting a contact or early-access form expresses interest only. It does not guarantee acceptance, pricing, functionality, or a particular activation date. Any paid service will be governed by a separate service agreement presented before purchase.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, collect information from the Website through automated means contrary to our instructions, or use the Website unlawfully.
4. Intellectual property
The Website, Nanobots name and branding, copy, visual design, software, and other original materials are owned by us or used with permission. You may view the Website for your own legitimate business evaluation but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit its materials without written permission.
5. Third-party services
The Website may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
6. No warranties
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning the Website, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nanobots will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update the Website or these terms. Revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
