This policy explains how Nanobots (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through nanobots.dev. It applies to the public Website and its contact form, not to the future AI receptionist service, which will have additional privacy terms before launch.

Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and security signals needed to deliver and protect the Website.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to your request, evaluate whether Nanobots fits your business, improve our offering, prevent abuse, maintain Website security, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell your personal information.

We process contact information to take steps at your request and for our legitimate interests in responding to prospective customers and operating a secure Website. Where consent is legally required, we rely on the consent provided through your submission.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, security, form protection, and email delivery. These providers process information on our behalf for those limited purposes. The Website is hosted through Cloudflare, and contact email may be delivered through Resend.

Retention

We retain inquiries only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the prospective business relationship, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations. Security logs may be retained for shorter operational periods determined by our providers.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport, restricted secrets, input validation, and anti-abuse controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices
